The Lahore High Court (LHC) has constituted eight division benches and 17 single benches to hear cases at the principal seat in the week commencing from January 31.
According to the notification issued by the LHC Additional Registrar (Judicial) office, the DBs are: D.B.I, Justice Chaudhry Iftikhar Hussain, Justice Syed Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi: D.B.II, Justice Sh. Azmat Saeed, Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah: D.B.III, Justice Umar Ata Bandial, Justice Asad Munir: D.B.IV, Justice Nasir Saeed Sheikh, Justice Muhammad Khalid Mehmood Khan: D.B.V, Justice Sh. Najam ul Hasan, Justice Sardar Tariq Masood: D.B.VI, Justice Manzoor Ahmad Malik, Justice Muhammad Anwaarul Haq: D.B.VII, Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan, Justice Muhammad Farrukh Irfan Khan: D.B.VIII, Justice Sheikh Ahmad Farooq, Justice Muhammad Yawar Ali.
The SBs comprise Chief Justice Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhry, Justice Chaudhry Iftikhar Hussain, Justice Sh. Azmat Saeed, Justice Umar Ata Bandial, Justice Asad Munir, Justice Nasir Saeed Sheikh, Justice Sh. Najam ul Hasan, Justice Manzoor Ahmad Malik, Justice Sardar Tariq Masood, Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan, Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Sheikh Ahmad Farooq, Justice Muhammad khaild Mehmood Khan, Justice Muhammad Yawar Ali, Justice Muhammad Anwaarul Haq, Justice Muhammad Farrukh Irfan Khan, Justice Syed Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi. The division benches shall function from Monday to Thursday, while special benches will meet on Friday and any other day as and when needed.
