Security forces killed six militants when they repulsed their attack on checkpost near Afghan border on Sunday, security forces official said. The militants fired six missiles at a security forces checkpost in Dabori area of upper Orakzai Agency. The security forces returned the fire and shot dead six militants.
Meanwhile, two children were killed after hitting a landmine in tehsil Saafi, Mohmand agency. In lower Orakzai Agency, the forces apprehended a local militant commander Payo Shah.
