LDA DG transferred

The Punjab government has on Monday changed the Director General of Lahore Development Authority (LDA). According to a notification, Omer Rasul (DMG/BS-20), LDA Director General has been made Official on Special Duty (ODS) and directed to report to Punjab Services and General Administration Department for further orders.
He has been replaced by Abdul Jabbar Shaheen (DMG/BS-19), Director General, Parks and Horticulture Authority, Lahore, who has been assigned the additional charge of the post of LDA Director General, in addition to his own duties. The officer has assumed his responsibilities.
