The University of Health Sciences (UHS) is organising a seven-day workshop on mandatory life support courses for medical students, starting from Tuesday (today). The course is being arranged in collaboration with Institute of Learning Emergency Medicine (ILEM) and accredited by Pre-hospital Emergency Care Council of Ireland.
The basic objective of the workshop is to develop an instructor faculty within all medical colleges affiliated with UHS to learn these internationally accredited courses, a spokesman of the UHS said.
