Spot Fixing allegations: three cricket players suspended by ICC

Minister for Sports Mir Aijaz Hussain Jakhrani has informed the National Assembly on Monday that three players of Pakistan Cricket Team have been suspended by International Cricket Council (ICC) including Sulman Butt, Muhammad Asif and Muhammad Amir, due to spot fixing allegations during the UK tour.
In a written reply to the house, he informed that the trio is being interrogated by ICC Tribunal and British Scotland Yard. ICC Tribunal's verdict is expected on February 5, 2011. They have been barred from playing in any international or domestic event as per ICC regulations, he added.
