Recovery of BB's BlackBerry phones gives new twist to investigation

Recovery of two BlackBerry cellular phones being used by slain PPP chairperson Benazir Bhutto has given a new twist to the ongoing investigation of the high profile assassination case. The BlackBerry cellular phones were sent to laboratories for tests, while data is being obtained from companies, sources privy to investigation revealed to Business Recorder on Friday.
They said that after retrieval of information from concerned companies, FIA investigation team would prepare a new charge sheet of the case. They said that the information regarding emails, messages and calls during the public rally at Liaqat Bagh on December 27, 2007 would be obtained and will help the investigators to move in right direction. FIA investigation team has arrested former City Police Officer (CPO) Rawalpindi Saud Aziz and former Superintendent of Police (SP) Rawal Town Khurram in the assassination case, who are at present in Central Jail Adiala on judicial remand from Anti-Terrorist Court.
Benazir Bhutto's two BlackBerry cellular phones, which were lost on the day of her assassination, have been found from Bilawal House Karachi, the FIA sources confirmed and said that personal staff of Benazir Bhutto in Bilawal House Karachi were carrying her cell phones.
