Khawaja Muhammad Jalaluddin Roomi Chairman of All Pakistan Bedsheets & Upholstery manufacturers Association (APBUMA) expressed concerns over decline in textile products exports to Egypt and Tunisia due to the ongoing turmoil and political unrest in these countries.

However, Dr Baig, advisor to prime minister on textile said it was a temporary effect and with the stabilisation of the political situation in Tunisia and Egypt the exports would resume.
