Lahore High Court will proceed with a petition on February 7, seeking directions to federal government for provision of complete record of double murder accused an American national Raymond Davis before the court.
The petitioner, a bar member Ilam-ud-Din Ghazi had contended that Interior Minister, Rehman Malik stated in the senate session that he possessed complete record of Davis. He prayed to the court to summon this record including his passport, weapon, documents and foreign currency, recovered from him, to determine the purpose of his arrival in Pakistan.
