Nasheman College for special children arranges Walk

Nasheman College for special children arranged a Walk of special children, which commenced from Yadgar Shuhada Chowk and ended at Ordnance Club, says a press release received here on Friday. Chairman POF Board Lieutenant General Shujaat Zamir Dar also participated in the walk, which aimed at creating awareness among masses that the special children require special attention and they must be cared.
While addressing the function, Chairman POF Board remarked that every member of the society should pay special attention to special children and instead of taking pity on them, there is a need to take practical steps for their uplift. He donated his one-month salary for Nasheman College, adding that all POF officers will also donate voluntarily one-day salary for the College. Chairman announced that free treatment would be allowed to these special children at POF Hospital. He also announced to release funds for the teaching equipments of the college. He also announced that half-month salary as Bonus, which was earlier announced for POF employees only, will now be extended to Non POF employees also.-PR
