Chief minister Balochistan for early recovery of abducted judges, lawyers

Chief Minister Balochistan Nawab Mohammad Raisani has directed to use all available resources to ensure safe and early recovery of abducted judges and lawyers. According to a handout, he issued these directions here on Saturday while having briefing by IGP Balochistan Malik Mohammad Iqbal on the development regarding efforts being put to recover the two kidnapped judges and three lawyers.
He emphasised the need to ensure co-ordination between law enforcement agencies and police besides getting co-operation from local elders and people of respective areas where search operation continued to trace out the clue of the abductees. IGP Balochistan apprised the Chief Minister that Balochistan police along with other LEAs were making all out efforts for recovery of the abducted judges and lawyers. He informed Raisani about police action taken against criminal mafia involved in kidnapping for ransom, target killings and other heinous crimes. He added that police actions to curb heinous crimes were bearing fruits.
Responding to him, the CM Raisani directed to take strict action against criminals involved in kidnapping for ransom and other heinous crimes. He said that criminals should be brought to justice whether they were influential or not. Nawab Raisani ordered that law enforcement agencies, police and Levies Force should initiate joint patrolling on important highways of the province besides establishing more checkposts.
