At least four persons were killed and around 18 others injured in a landmine blast that took place in an area of Dera Bugti district on Wednesday. A pick up carrying some people on board was heading towards Dera Bugti town from Pir Koh gas field area when it hit a landmine planted on the road, Levies sources said.
As result of the explosion, four persons riding in the vehicle were killed and 18 others injured. The injured have been taken to hospital for medical treatment. Soon after the incident, law enforcement agencies reached the site and cordoned off the entire area.
