Chairman, District Development Committee, Sukkur and MPA Syed Javed Ali Shah on Wednesday termed Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) a reflection of Pakistan People's Party (PPP) manifesto. While talking to a delegation at his office, he said BISP has greatly reduced poverty from the country.
