Jamiat-e-Ulema Pakistan Noorani (JUP-N) has announced to continue its moral and financial support for Mujahideen fighting against the US in Afghanistan. Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, Secretary General, Qari Zawwar Bahadur said his party stood with the Mujahideen resisting US invasion of Afghanistan.
In response to a query, he said the coming era would be the era of religious forces, as a majority of people wanted to see religious parties in power. He further said the JUP-N would hold a Namoos-e-Risalat convention at Minar-i-Pakistan lawns on March 27 to expose "all conspiracies against Islam and Pakistan".
