Smeda holds seminar on BoK microfinance scheme

Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (Smeda) in collaboration with Bank of Khyber (BoK) and All Pakistan Honey Bee Keepers, Traders and Exporters Association conducted a one day awareness seminar on Bank of Khyber microfinance facility titled "Bacha Khan Khpal Rozgar Scheme".
The seminar was held at Banda Mullahan Tarnab Farm G.T Road Peshawar for the stakeholders of honey cluster. On this occasion Abdul Qadus, Vice President of The Bank of Khyber and head of 'Bacha Khan Khpal Rozgar' scheme explained in detail the requirements to avail this interest free loan. Sub-Major Raza Khan(Retd), President All Pakistan Honey Bee Keepers, Traders and Exporters Association also expressed his views and emphasised on the positive uses of this interest free loan.
He also added that the facility would help in increase of investment in the cluster. The aim of this seminar was to introduce interest free loan facility offered by BoK for the SME's in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The seminar covered these areas; Introduction to Bacha Khan Khpal Rozgar Scheme, General understanding of scheme, Method of Apply.-PR
