Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan on Saturday nominated three judges of Balochistan High Court to hear appeals against the returning officers of bye-polls in PB-26 Jaffarabad-II. The appellate tribunal has been nominated by the Chief EC with the approval of President.
The tribunal comprising Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel, Justice Muhammad Noor Meskanzai and Justice Ghulam Mustafa Mengal would dispose of appeals against returning officers for rejecting or accepting the nomination papers.
