The strike called by PCS Association on Monday completely flopped as PCS officers disassociated with the strike and performed their officials responsibilities as per routine. A Punjab government spokesman said that official work in Civil Secretariat and its attached departments as well as provincial and district offices in the province continued as usual and attendance of the staff was also normal.
He said that strike at district level also failed and all PCS officers remained in their offices and performed their duties.
