US MIDDAY: corn, wheat and soya fall

Chicago Board of Trade corn futures fell 1.3 percent early on Tuesday on pressure from the lack of confirmation of a rumoured Chinese purchase of US corn. Soyabeans and wheat followed the decline in corn prices. At 9:34 am CDT (1434 GMT), CBOT May corn was down 9 cents at $6.77-1/2 a bushel. CBOT May wheat was down 10 cents at $7.11 a bushel and CBOT May soyabeans were down 12 cents at $13.51 a bushel.
