The total open interest at the futures counter increased by 13 percent on week-on-week basis to Rs 1.653 billion. On the other hand, futures spreads declined by 159bps on week-on-week basis to 7.48 percent. The average daily volumes at the futures counter posted a jump of 53 percent to 9.1 million shares.
