The border town of Chaman and adjoining areas received rain on Sunday. Rain started lashing the town and other areas including Gulistan, Saranan, Toba Achakzai, Toba Kakar and others in the morning and turned the weather cold.
Citizens had to face some difficulties because of the prolonged power load shedding due to the weather. However, farmers took the showers as great blessing as they irrigated their fruit gardens and standing crops.
