The Lahore High Court (LHC) returned a petition back to petitioner Ishtiaq Ahmad with objection challenging closure of petrol pumps and CNG stations. Petitioner stated that due to closure of these filling stations the people are facing great problems. He said the government failed to chalk out any plan to cop with situation. He prayed to the court to direct the government to take immediate action for smooth provision of petrol and CNG.
