Shanghai copper down

Shanghai copper edged lower and London prices trimmed early gains on Friday, as investors worried about further tightening in China after data showed strong economic growth and a 32-month high for March consumer prices. Shanghai's most-active copper futures contract closed down 0.4 percent to 70,830 yuan ($10,845) a tonne, ending the week down 3.5 percent, its biggest weekly drop in a month.
