The draft of Pakistan Cricket Board's (PCB) new constitution is in the final stages and after completion it will be sent to Prime Minister Secretariat for formal approval, Minister for Sports Engineer Shaukatullah said Sunday.

"It will not only remove the sense of deprivation of small provinces but will go a long way in promoting sports in the country," he said.
To a question he said that a letter had been sent to Pakistan Olympic Association for affiliation of FATA Sports Directorate with it.
"There is no dearth of talent in FATA. People of the area are very strong physically and they will be a great asset for the country in sports", he added.
Shaukatullah said that different sports festivals would be arranged in FATA which would not only provide healthy activities to the people there but also help the government to identify talent in different sports.
