Three officials of Water and Sanitation Agency (Wasa) were suspended on charges of misappropriation, delinquency, negligence and poor performance. In a statement issued on Tuesday, a spokesman of the agency said that an assistant director, a revenue officer and a bill distributor of Fowara Chowk were charged with negligence, delinquency and misappropriation in Wasa. The charges were proved and Wasa Managing Director Zahid Aziz immediately suspended the three officials, the spokesman added.
