Society for Protection of Rights of the Child (Sparc) would launch the annual report on 'The State of Pakistan's Children 2010' on April 28. 'The State of Pakistan's Children 2010' is Sparc's 15th annual publication which examines the condition of children and the measure of progress that has occurred in the field of child rights in the country, said a statement issued here Tuesday.
The main focus of the report is on education, health, child labour, juvenile justice and child rights. The report is compiled using primary data and reports from United Nations organisations, non-governmental organisations, media and other national and international reports. In addition, the report serves as a reminder of measures that need to be taken to ensure that the condition of children in the country is improved.
