PML-N terms US action against sovereignty

After the death of Osama bin Laden, a new strategy is now needed for restoration of lasting peace in the region, a spokesman of PML-N said. The spokesman said that Pakistan Muslim League-N believed that only the national institutions have the right to do any action in the country. Therefore, any foreign action in the jurisdiction of Pakistan is against our national sovereignty, he added.
The spokesman said that the PML-N strongly condemns all kinds of terrorism. He said that extremism and terrorism are the result of dictatorship due to which violence and bloodshed started in the country and it damaged the image of the country at international level. He said that the tragic incident of terrorism on 9/11 started war against terrorism at international level due to which thousands of innocent Pakistanis also became the victims of terrorism and suicide attacks.
The PML-N spokesman said that Pakistan Muslim League-N pledges its determination to make the country peace loving, developed and welfare state in accordance with the vision of Quaid-e-Azam. He demanded that the role of parliament be made effective for elimination of terrorism from the country so that all decisions taken in this regard should have the approval of parliament.
