CPSP holds international ATLS course

The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) organised an International ATLS course for senior specialist doctors leaving for Saudi Arabia. Addressing the concluding ceremony Professor Khalid Masood Gondal, Vice President, CPSP, said the specialist doctors would work in Saudi Arabia for three months with an emolument ranging from Saudi Riyal 33,000/- to 48,000/-.
He said ATLS and ACLS courses are mandatory for doctors who want to work in Saudi Arabia and other countries. Doctors from across the country are benefiting from this course under the supervision of Professor Mahmood Ayyaz, Course Director. Courses conducted in Pakistan are internationally recognised. These courses are equally recognised in USA and other developed countries, he added.
