Marta Women Football Club launched

While appreciating the efforts of the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) for the promotion of football in the country, the vice-president of the Marta Women Football Club Irun Pearl has said that the federation has done a great job in introducing and developing women football in the country.
"The credit of holding the fourth PFF Women Inter-Club Football tournament goes to the PFF chief Faisal Saleh Hayat and secretary Col Ahmad Yar Lodhi. Such event will help promote women football in the country," Irun told reporters here during training session of the newly-formed Marta Women Football Club.
She also extended her gratitude to the PFF for providing Marta Women FC an opportunity to make its debut at regional level. On the occasion Miss Rizwa Bhatti Secretary General MWFC, Manager Naheed Liaquat, coach Yasir Arafat were also present.-PR
