11 May, 2011

The average price of Bangladeshi teas fell 3.0 percent to 165 taka ($2.26) per kg on lower foreign demand at the weekly auction on Tuesday, brokers said. Some 27 percent of the 912,000 kg on offer remained unsold and were taken back to the storage.
