Elementary, primary exams: PEF distributes prizes among position holders

The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) distributed prizes worth 0.135 million among 12 position holders in primary and elementary examinations of its partner schools.
Chairman PEF, Raja Muhammad Anwar presided over the cheque distribution ceremony held at PEF Board Office Lahore. Deputy Managing Director (Operations) Tanveer Ahmad Zafar, Deputy Managing Director (Finance), PEF officers and a large number of students also attended the ceremony.
The students who secured positions were from Jhang, Chiniot, Lahore, Okara, Narowal and Sargodha Districts. In Districts Sargodha Sana Ullah (Grade 5th), Qasim Ali (Grade 5th) and Talha Zahid (Grade 8th) secured 1st, 3rd and 2nd positions, respectively. In District Jhang, Nayab Fatima, Muhammad Zeeshan, Nimra Tehreem (Grade 5th) and Muhammad Ishaq (Grade 8th) got 2nd and 3rd positions, respectively.
In District Chiniot, Ameer Abbas and Akhtar Abbas (Grade 5th) secured 2nd and 3rd positions. In District Lahore, Muhammad Hassan (Grade 5th), in District Okara Muqadas Iqbal (Grade 5th) and Maria Bashir (Grade 5th) from Narowal secured 3rd positions, respectively. In the end of the ceremony, Raja Anwar congratulated the position holders and advised them to continue their learning process. PEF has always supported the deserving students, he added.
Deputy Managing Director (Operations), Tanveer Ahmad Zafar admired the position holders and said that they have proved their faculties at provincial Level. He thanked the PEF-chairman for taking keen interest in the academic development of the foundation.-PR
