The State Bank of Pakistan will announce its monetary policy for the next two months on Saturday, May 21, 2011. State Bank of Pakistan chief spokesman Wasimuddin said on Monday that the SBP board will meet on Saturday just after the meeting of Monetary Policy Committee, which will submit its recommendations to the board. Reviewing the committee's recommendations, SBP board will take final decision on policy rate for the next two months-June and July 2011.
