Lady dacoit, smuggler among six suspects nabbed

Islamabad Police during its on-going anti-outlaws drive have nabbed six accused including a lady dacoit and a lady smuggler and recovered looted commodities, drugs and arms from their possession, said a spokesman of Islamabad Police here on Tuesday.
Aabpara Police nabbed a lady Surraya Bibi for her involvement in dacoities and during the preliminary investigation she admitted her involvement in different dacoity incidents, the police spokesman said. Sabzi Mandi Police during its routine patrolling stopped a lady Shakeela daughter of Mukamal Shah and during the course of search 1.050-kg heroin was recovered from her possession.
Industrial Area Police nabbed a thief Rasheed and recovered the stolen commodities valuing over Rs 100, 000. Kohsar Police nabbed a thief Nawazish Ali for his involvement in different theft incidents and recovered the stolen commodities worth Rs 10, 000 from him. During routine patrolling Sabzi Mandi Police stopped a persons Zaffar Shah from whom 1.2 kg charas was recovered.
The Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) of Islamabad Police stopped Zulfiqar Masih during routine patrolling and after search one pistol of 22-bore and two bullets were recovered from him. Capital Police have registered separate cases against the detained accused and investigation is underway against them. Meanwhile, Rescue 15 of Islamabad Police has reunited an elderly person with his family who went missing three days ago.
The Police spokesman said that Muhammad Umer son of Muhammad Nawaz Awan informed the Rescue 15 that his father Muhammad Nawaz in his 60s had not returned to his house. ASI Javed, Constable Jehangir, Constable Gulzar performing duty with Falcon I-8 succeeded in locating the person and reunited him with his family members. The family members thanked Rescue 15 for their efforts and kind gesture.
