Syed Anzar Hussain Zaidi on Wednesday took charge of the chairman of the Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK). An official of the BSEK said that he presided over a meeting of the officers. He said that the papers of the SSC Annual Examinations 2011 of the BSEK concluded on May 16. Now the evaluation of the answer scripts would be taken up.
Earlier, the process of conduct of the SSC Examination was supervised by the Chairman of the Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK). As many as 327,000 candidates had appeared in the SSC Annual Examination 2011 held at 225 centres in the metropolis. The exams began on April 18 and concluded on May 16, it was further stated.
