Total open interest position at the futures counter inched up by 1.3 percent during the week ended on May 20, 2011 to reach at Rs 1.08 billion. The futures spreads, however declined by 26bps to 1.18 percent.
Trading at the futures counter remained low and the average daily volume declined by 18.64 percent to 1.9 million shares.
