Indian court has issued arrest warrant against Bigg Boss 11 contestant Arshi Khan for violating the law and sentiments of two communities.
The warrant was issued on Monday. The Jalandhar court ordered police to enter the Bigg Boss 11 house and arrest Arshi. A case had been filed against her for allegedly trying to create enmity between communities by painting the national flags of India and Pakistan on her body. The controversial diva is skipping the trial for the third time. This is also the second arrest warrant against her, Hindustan Times reported.
Reportedly, Arshi’s publicist claims to have obtained a stay order on the arrest warrant till January 15, the same day as grand finale of Bigg Boss 11. However, sources at the court suggest that the arrest warrant against Arshi has not been cancelled. The court has asked the police to arrest her from the Bigg Boss house at Lonavala itself.
The case against Khan was filed by a Jalandhar-based lawyer.
Currently, Arshi Khan is enjoying a successful run in a controversial reality TV show ‘Bigg Boss 11’. She rose to fame when she linked herself to Pakistani star cricketer Shahid Afridi.
