Rulers sold nation for personal gains, says Imran

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Chief, Imran Khan has said the rulers have sold the nation for their personal gains Addressing the members Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) on Saturday, Khan said Pakistani people were paying a heavy price of the US dollars being earned by the country's rulers.
He said at least 34,000 innocent peoples have lost their lives in the name of war on terror and the US government was asking us for more sacrifices. Chairman Save Judiciary Committee, Abdul Rasheed Qureshi invited the PTI Chief. He alleged the corrupt rulers that were trying to tie up the hands of independent judiciary for taking actions against big fish. He said that the pro judiciary politicians did not want an independent judiciary.
Prominent nuclear scientist, Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan also addressed the lawyer's gathering on telephone. He said foreign interference promoted terrorism in Pakistan. Dr Khan said it was very shameful that a nuclear power outstretches its hands for foreign aid. He regretted that Pakistan had not taken any benefit of being a nuclear power. He urged rulers to mend their ways and protect national interests.
