'Indian forces can never suppress Kashmiris' voice'

29 May, 2011

Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik has said that India wants to suppress Kashmiris' peaceful liberation movement through the use of brute force but it will never succeed in its designs. He expressed these views during a meeting with British High Commissioner to India, Sir Richard Stagg who met him in Occupied Srinagar on Saturday, Kashmir Media Service reported.
JKLF chairman said that the people of Kashmir have been fighting Indian occupation of their soil for the last several decades and rendered unprecedented sacrifices. He added that the liberation movement would be taken to its logical conclusion at all cost. He further said that the unresolved dispute is the main hurdle in Pak-India cordial relations and its settlement would not only bring prosperity in the two counties, but also in the entire South Asian region.
