The consumers have to wait in long queues outside the Gizri office in a scorching heat to get their problems resolved. When KESC spokesman Amin-u-Rehman was contacted he said the offices of KESC were vacated by the hooligans through threats and pestering and the staff on duty were pushed out of the offices.
