Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani on Thursday appointed Lieutenant General (Retd) Shahid Iqbal as Secretary of Defence Production. Lieutenant General (Retd) Shahid Iqbal has served as Corps Commander Karachi and has a vast experience of serving in various defence organisations.
