LHC orders IO in NICL case to appear on July 13

The Lahore High Court directed investigation officer in NICL case to appear before the court on July 13 in a petition filed by Habibullah Warriach the main accused in NICL scam. Habibullah approached the court with request to direct the interior ministry to exclude his name from Exit Control List (ECL)
Earlier a law officer informed the court that if FIA allowed then ministry could delete his name from ECL. An FIA official present in the court said they have to get recover 420 million from all the accused involved in the scam. The counsel of Warriach contended before the court that Warraich has reached an agreement with FIA and he had to pay the amount within six month. He had also forfeited a plot of 308 kanal with FIA and if he fails to pay the amount then FIA could recover the same after selling out the said plot. He also informed the court that his name was also not mentioned the challan submitted before the court.
