The Chief Justice Lahore High Court (LHC) has summoned District Co-ordination Officer (DCO) Lahore on Tuesday (today) for not providing fard-e-malkiat (mutation deed) to a petitioner despite the court orders. Petitioner Khalid Saeed submitted that the LHC had directed patwari of Kahna to issue him the fard-malkiat without any delay, but the patwari ignored the court orders.
