The board of directors of EFU General Insurance Ltd has appointed Saifuddin N Zoomkawala as chairman of the company in place of Rafique R Bhimjee, effective July 11, 2011. According to a communiqué despatched to Karachi Stock Exchange here Monday, Hasanali Abdullah has been appointed as managing director and chief executive of EFU General in place of Saifuddin N Zoomkawala.
