PTI slams 'political victimisation' of workers

Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI), Khyber Pakhtunkwa has slammed political victimisation of workers and called for nurturing tolerance in the province. PTI will not be suppressed through such nefarious tactics in the province, said PTI provincial president, Asad Qaiser, while addressing a public gathering against police torture and manhandling of workers, here on Tuesday.
Qaiser said that there are nefarious elements that were deliberately trying to create Karachi-like situation in the provincial metropolis. PTI provincial president said political parties should accustom their selves with tolerance for good work in their respective rival constituencies.
He said that PTI workers are being politically victimised for promoting party in the province. He condemned torture and manhandling against the workers on the basis of 'political jealousy' and called for creating culture of tolerance. Other speakers, also, deplored political victimisation of PTI workers in the province and warned that the confrontation will create Karachi-like situation in the province. They vowed that the elements would not succeed in their heinous agenda.
