The meeting reviewed in detail the progress of work on various development schemes. Secretary Health directed that all reparable machinery and medical equipment must be got repaired by 31st August. He said that non-repairable machinery should be disposed of through open auction. He further said that he would personally visit the hospitals to review the situation and the stores of hospitals should be empty and no packed machinery should be kept in the stores.
