Lahore High Court (LHC) here on Wednesday dismissed as withdrawn a petition challenging the functioning of USaid in Pakistan. The petitioner-lawyer Salman Akram Raja sought permission to withdraw his case and court allowed the same. The counsel has requested the court to issue direction to the federal government to inform public that under what law USAID was functioning in Pakistan.
