West Indies women to face Pakistan in day/night affair

Guyana will play hosts to first ever women's day/night match in the Caribbean outside of an International Cricket Council tournament, when West Indies face touring Pakistanis in a Twenty20 doubleheader in September. The two games, at National Stadium at Providence, are part of a tour which includes four T20s and four One-Day Internationals from August 28 and September 11. Doubleheader will be played on September 10, 11, and will close out the tour.
West Indies open tour with ODI series at Arnos Vale Sports Complex in St Vincent. Teams will then travel to Grenada for first two T20s at Progress Park there. Windies Women are currently ranked joint third with India in international T20 rankings and currently sixth in ODIs. Pakistan are joint fifth in T20s and eighth in ODIs.
