Five persons received minor injuries after fireworks went off here at Piran Ghaib in Multan. According to Rescue 1122 sources, blast occurred while a religious ceremony was in progress at Pul Bhatian in Piran Ghaib Multan late night Sunday.
Sources said the blast was caused by fireworks stored there for Shab-e-Barat celebrations. Five persons identified as Ulfat s/o Ghulam Abbas (30), Mohammad Raza s/o Sultan, Zeeshan (20) s/o Nazir Hussain, Farhan (22) and Ahmed Nawaz s/o Allah Bukhash (26) sustained minor injuries.
