Sindh Home Minister Manzoor Wassan on Saturday telephoned the founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Altaf Hussain and thanked him on behalf of the Sindh government for his efforts to establishing peace in the province particularly Karachi. Wassan told Hussain that he was greatly impressed by his feelings and emotions to bring peace in the province and for creating harmony and unity among various segments of the society.
Wassan praised Hussain has a big leader and added that his struggle for the public cannot be overlooked. He said he valued the selfless manner in which Hussain had served the province and his services were recognised by all true Sindhis. Wassan said that he look upon Hussain for his brotherly guidance.
Hussain lauded the positive approach of Wassan and said that he was ready to lay down his life for the rights of Sindh and for its peace. He said that it was his desire that a durable peace comes in Karachi soon and the wheel of progress continued to move forward. He prayed that the land of Sindh might become a cradle of peace and love. He assured full co-operation to Wassan for bringing the peace of Karachi back. Wassan thanked Hussain for his co-operation towards establishing peace in Karachi.
