Load-shedding, railways: PML-N stages walkout from National Assembly

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Thursday staged walkout from the National Assembly in protest against electricity load shedding during Ramazan and bad management of Pakistan Railways. Ahsan Iqbal of PML-N said that the people are also facing load shedding during Sahri and Aftari time in the holy month.
He said that the government has announced that there would be no load shedding of electricity during the Sahri and Aftari in the month of Ramazan, but the government did not fulfil its commitment. About the Pakistan Railways, PML-N leader said that people are facing many problems and their lives have become miserable as at many Railway stations there is no management system of passenger and cargo trains. He said that railway trains are already late for more 15 hours.
About Karachi law and order situation, Ahsan reiterated its party demand for calling all the heads of security and law enforcement agencies for a briefing to the Parliament on law and order situation in Karachi. He said our security institutions should inform the Parliament why they could not control the situation in Karachi for the last three years.
