Thieves deprived people of one car, two motorcycles, gold ornaments and other valuables, while Islamabad Police claimed to have recovered 4.74 kg charas, one 12-bore gun and one tampered car after arresting seven people including three women. The details obtained by this scribe revealed that unknown car lifters stole a Toyota Corolla bearing the registration No SS-089 from Shahzad Town after cutting the grills of the gate. Police registered case and started investigation.
Unknown motorcycle lifters stole one Honda 125 motorcycle bearing registration No RIK-1401 from parking area in Blue Area. Kohsar Police registered case against unknown bike lifters. Another motorcycle Honda 125 bearing registration No RLB-7688 was stolen from Shahdara area of Bhara Kahu Police. Tarnol Police during a routine checking at Chungi 26 stopped a lady Sultana Zari and on search 4.74 kg charas was recovered from her possession.
Sabzi Mandi Police recovered one 12-bore gun from Sikandar Hayat who was moving at IJP Road. Sabzi Mandi Police impounded a Corolla Car bearing registration No JF-879 after finding the car was cut and welded. The Tampered car was belonging to Muhammad Imran. Women Police arrested three women for their involvement in beggary. The detained women namely Naeema, Lubna and Samina were begging in F-10 Markaz.
