Situation in Karachi improving: Shahi Syed

President Awami National Party (ANP) Sindh Shahi Syed on Friday said that the situation in Karachi has improved but it did not mean that no improvement is required. Talking to a private news channel, he said that peace couldn't be restored in Karachi until and unless those elements that were responsible for the situation are not taken to task.
Shahi Syed said three major parties in Karachi had given Interior Minister Rehman Malik permission to launch across the board operation in Karachi. He said that operation should not be taken against any political party but it should be against the criminal elements.
